Excluded & Disengaged Student Support

Rebuilding Confidence, Re-engaging with Learning

Overview

About This Service

When a young person is excluded or disengaged from mainstream education, they need more than just academic support — they need someone who believes in them. Our Excluded & Disengaged Student Support programme provides structured, patient, and consistent tutoring that meets students where they are, both academically and emotionally. We work to rebuild trust in education, reignite motivation, and create a pathway back to learning.

  • Structured sessions that provide routine and stability
  • Academic gap-filling across core subjects
  • Mentoring and motivation alongside academic work

  • Flexible delivery: home, online, or at our centre

How We Support Your Child

01

Re-engagement Strategy

We develop a tailored re-engagement plan that starts with where the student is, building momentum gradually rather than overwhelming them.

Mentoring & Motivation

Our tutors double as mentors, providing the positive adult role model many disengaged young people need to rebuild confidence.

03

Academic Recovery

Structured support to fill academic gaps, catch up on missed work, and prepare for any upcoming assessments or qualifications.
